Hamburg’s Best Employers: eos.uptrade awarded again

This year, for the first time, no stars were awarded at the event. Instead, the awards were accompanied by a note stating that they were based on an anonymous staff survey.

The excellent result shows that employees feel very comfortable working for eos.uptrade. “We are happy to have been awarded as one of ‘Hamburg’s Best Employers’ for the fifth time in a row”, stated Christian Woodgett, Managing Director of eos.uptrade GmbH. He added: “The fact that so many of our employees took part in the survey shows us that we are doing a lot of things right and that they appreciate it very much.”

The company scored particularly well when it comes to cooperation, work-life balance, team spirit, trust in employees and quality focus. In addition, eos.uptrade has achieved excellent results in areas such as short decision-making processes, health promotion and working atmosphere.

The award ceremony was held for the 13th time and this year, due to the local Corona measures, the event took place with a limited number of participants at the premises of Roos Consult GmbH.
