Your responsibilities

  • Being responsible for IT support in person and remotely for approx. 170 employees in Germany and Europe in German and English
  • Being responsible for the procurement, inventory and endpoint management (MS Endpoint Manager, Intune) of IT assets as well as licence management
  • Managing our IAM (AzureAD/ LDAP) and collaboration tools (e.g. Office365/ Jira)
  • Being responsible for optimising and expanding the IT infrastructure in exciting projects
  • Being responsible for the continuous development of IT processes and ensure the quality of service delivery
  • In addition, taking over the coordination of external service providers/services

Your qualifications

  • Having a degree in IT or a comparable qualification and 2+ years of professional experience
  • Already gained practical experience in dealing with servers (Linux/Windows) and clients (Mac, Windows, Linux).
  • Being already experienced in one of the following topics and are keen to learn something new in the others: Microsoft365 administration, scripting/ automation knowledge, such as Powershell, Bash & Python
  • Being friendly and having a confident and professional manner and enjoy to  work both: independently and as part of a team.
  • Thinking in a solution-oriented way and being able to prioritise your tasks well
  • Working independently and having a high sense of responsibility
  • Enjoying to learn new things and being motivated to share your knowledge
  • Good German- and English skills
