Your responsibilities

  • Taking over the technical management of one of our PHP squads
  • Being responsible for the continuous development of our existing ticketing solution
  • Defining coding standards and our software architecture
  • Being responsible for the mentoring and personal development of the developers in your own team
  • Reporting to the PHP Team Lead
  • Being responsible for planning and prioritising the roadmap tasks together with the product owner of the squad

Your qualifications

  • Having a degree in computer science or a comparable technical degree or having completed an apprenticeship
  • Having already gained several years of experience in software development with PHP and Symfony
  • Gained already some experience in the technical management of a team
  • Enjoying developing software architecture that enables future scalability and easy maintainability
  • Developing software that meets the highest quality standards and knowing how to ensure this standard
  • Having good knowledge of Jenkins, CI/CD platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS, as well as agile working methods according to Scrum and Kanban
  • Very good command of English, German is an advantage
