Your responsibilities

  • You will be part of a small Agile team, helping our development teams to continuously improve and empowering them on our journey with agile solutions
  • You use your intuition for emerging issues, address them openly to support the continuous improvement of our teams, products, and processes
  • You have an eye for pragmatic and flexible solutions  
  • You are a multi-talent who motivates your colleagues and shows them the right way
  • You organise and facilitate retrospectives as well as other Scrum, Kanban, and Agile artefacts
  • You ensure the communication and information flow between the development teams with your communication skills

Your qualifications

  • Already gained at least 2 years of professional experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master (m/f/d) of software development teams in the context of agile transformations
  • Having a passion for agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) as well as excellent knowledge in theory and practice
  • Being already experienced in coaching individuals is an advantage
  • A relevant certification, such as Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), is advantageous
  • Having strong communication and moderation skills
  • Very good German & good English skills (B1/B2) for working in English-speaking teams
