Your responsibilities

  • Being responsible for important customers from the public transport and mobility industry, with whom you build up and expand a lasting and trusting customer relationship
  • Negotiating and managing offers and long-term contracts with your customers and also estimating expenses in cooperation with the technical department
  • Analyzing the development needs of your customers and present them with suitable solutions
  • In addition to advising existing customers, also taking care of the acquisition of new customers and orders
  • Working on tenders with passion and accuracy in all phases, from the application for participation to the creation of the concept and the submission of the offer, right up to the discussions with the bidders
  • When implementing projects, supporting our project management in the requirements analysis and in the specifications phase
  • Keeping an eye on your customers, follow market developments and trends and providing input for product management

Your qualifications

  • Having a successful completed business or IT related university degree or a comparable qualification
  • Having several years of professional experience in sales and/or project management with direct customer contact 
  • Being experienced in one of the following or similar industries: Mobility, tourism, software, digital, telecommunications, energy
  • Having a confident approach and being able to present eos.uptrade to customers on your own and leading solution-oriented negotiations
  • Being interested in the digital transformation of the mobility industry and having the ability to think your way into complex contexts and advising customers on our digital products
  • In addition to a talent for (self-) organization, you have the ability to improvise, think in a service-oriented manner and work in a quality-oriented manner
  • Enjoying working in a team and have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Being willing to travel in the DACH region
