Your responsibilities
- Important role in the further development of existing and new applications
- Process optimization of our software products based on the PHP framework Symfony in a cross-functional team of 4 to 5 developers with agile testers, Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Connection various backend systems, payment service providers, tariff information servers and mobile apps
- Responsibility for the entire life cycle of a project from conception to implementation to testing, both front and back end
- Individual responsibility for testing and documenting your work in German and English
- Improvement of our processes
- Code reviews
- You are involved in the design of the deployment pipeline and gain exclusive insights into the multi-layered technical infrastructure used for public transport
Your qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with PHP (we work with PHP8), OOP, (My)SQL and the PHP framework Symfony
- An eye for detail and a sense of where you can save 200 ms or 20 Mb
- Team spirit is as important to you as it is to us
- Good English skills are required, knowledge of German is a plus
