Your responsibilities:
- As a member of the management team, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for our sales and project work at eos.uptrade.
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a total of 10 employees, overseeing the entire sales department and the complete project portfolio, from resource planning and prioritization to quality assurance.
- You will report directly to the management and establish yourself as a confident advisor and source of inspiration (f/m/d) for the management, actively contributing to the further development of the business.
- You will actively develop the sales and market strategy and ensure its implementation. In doing so, you will identify market potential, develop offering strategies, and manage presales activities.
- You will proactively develop pricing models for our products in line with a modern SaaS provider and implement them for our customers.
- You will bundle all customer interfaces in your area of responsibility, thereby assuming a central role in customer satisfaction.
- You will act as a driver of sales and project development using appropriate methods and tools, including the promotion of uniform quotation and project management standards.
- As the interface to the product team, you will identify new market and product opportunities and feed these into product development.
- Together with the project organizations of our parent companies Hacon and Siemens Mobility, you will ensure smooth processes and satisfied stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
- In project management, you will be responsible for managing change requests and maximizing project profitability.
- In addition, you will play an active role in sales and project management strategy and in optimizing structures and processes.
- Key KPIs for your role are: order intake, revenue, profitability, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a university degree, for example in business administration with a focus on business informatics or IT consulting, or comparable training.
- You have several years of experience in sales or in managing quotation and presales processes in software development.
- In addition, you have many years of professional and management experience in IT project management in the software environment, ideally in the mobility industry.
- You have leadership experience with a modern, results-oriented management style—you develop people and teams.
- You are characterized by strong entrepreneurial thinking—you act independently, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for the big picture.
- You have in-depth knowledge of agile and classic project management methods.
- Your technical understanding enables you to communicate with developers and customers on an equal footing.
- You have experience in strategic customer consulting and in dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You have business fluent German and very good English skills.
