Your responsibilities
- Supporting our customers in the configuration of our software products for the public transport sector
- Providing assistance with technical questions
- Communicating independently with our customers and partners via telephone or e-mail
- Documenting the progress in our CRM
- Working closely with our development teams and project managers to find solutions to our customers' questions and problems
- Being part of our support team and help with quality assurance
- Bringing new ideas and helping us to further improve our support team
Your qualifications
- Preferably having a completed apprenticeship and professional experience in IT support for software products
- Having a strong IT affinity or interest in IT (web, apps)
- Having a willingness to help and bringing customer orientation
- Experienced in dealing with CRM systems is advantageous
- Interested in and determined to work through even complex issues
- Ideally, having already gained some experience in evaluating logs
- Characterised by a goal-oriented, structured way of working as well as high communication and team skills
- Very good German & good English skills
